01 7-Day Return Eligibility
BachelOr's Enterprise accepts eligible defective and non-defective product return requests within 7 calendar days after delivery.
- Non-defective products must be unused.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Valid proof of purchase is required.
- Defective items are reviewed according to the reported issue.
02 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your water purifier, filter cartridge or accessory arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Submit your order details and relevant photos or videos for verification and resolution.
03 RO Water Purifier Returns
Unused household RO water purifiers may qualify for returns within the standard 7-day period.
Installed or used RO water purification systems require case-by-case assessment. Applicable installation or removal charges will be communicated during the review.
04 Water Filter Cartridge Returns
Non-defective replacement filters, RO membranes, filter cartridges and consumables must remain factory-sealed and unopened for return eligibility.
Defective or incorrectly supplied filter components will be assessed separately.
05 Industrial Water Treatment Plants
Custom Industrial RO Water Treatment Plants, Water Softener Plants, Iron Removal Plants, ETP and STP projects are governed by their respective quotations, contracts and project agreements.
Project-specific return, cancellation, warranty and refund conditions follow the applicable written agreement.
06 Product Exchange Policy
Eligible RO water purifiers, water filters and accessories may be exchanged after approval.
Exchange availability depends on current stock. The expected replacement timeline will be communicated after confirmation.
